Set Up & Clean Up

You won’t have to worry about setting up or tearing down. The staff at The Cellar will do that for you! The setting up, tearing down, and the cleaning fee are all included in the Rental Fee.

Games

The Cellar provides corn hole, shuffle board, and ping pong. There are also extra tables available for board games, if you choose to bring some.

Complimentary Coffee Bar

The Cellar has a coffee and a hot tea bar that is for you to use! We provide coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. 

Projectors & Audio

With a rental at The Cellar, you have access to our mics and projectors. We have a handheld mic and a headset mic, along with two projectors, and a podium with it’s own mic.

Tables & Chairs

The Cellar has round and/or long tables to offer for your event. Both of these tables can seat 8 people. In planning your event, the Cellar can seat up to 200 people. Black tablecloths are included with each table at no additional cost.

Catering

Please contact us for a list of local caterers.  We know some of the best caterers in Lancaster and Chester Counties and can make your event that much easier.
