At The Cellar, we provide a wide array of amenities to enhance your event experience:
Projectors & Audio
With a rental at The Cellar, you have access to a handheld and a headset mic, two projectors, professionally installed sound system, and a podium with it’s own mic.
Tables & Chairs
The Cellar has round and/or long tables to offer for your event. Both of these tables can seat 8 people. In planning your event, The Cellar can seat up to 200 people. Black tablecloths are included with each table at no additional cost.
Catering
The space comes with a professional prep area with commercial grade refrigerator and freezer for your caterer to serve from. We also know some of the best caterers in Lancaster and Chester Counties and can make your event that much easier.
Games
The Cellar provides corn hole, shuffle board, and ping pong. There are also extra tables available for board games, if you choose to bring some.
Set Up & Clean Up
The setting up, tearing down, and cleaning fee are all included in the Rental Fee.
Free On-site Parking
There is free parking on the premises. The Cellar at Houston Run has accessible restrooms and entrances.
High-speed Wi-Fi
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi.
